3. Acceptable Use

You may not, and may not permit any third party to:

• Scrape, crawl, mine, harvest, or otherwise extract data, prompts, model outputs, embeddings, or weights from the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code or training data.
• Use the Service to build, train, or improve a competing product or AI system.
• Probe, scan, or test vulnerability of the Service without prior written authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or availability of the Service.
• Use the Service to discriminate unlawfully against any individual or group.

4. DMCA / Copyright Complaints

If you believe that material on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to legal@hiringblues.app identifying the work, the allegedly infringing material with URL, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act. We may remove material and terminate repeat infringers at our sole discretion. Misrepresentations may result in liability for damages.
